Parametric equations

In the following series of articles we shall explore parametric equations in coordinate geometry. The following articles shall look at sketching the graph of a curve given its parametric equation, using the parametric equation of a curve to solve various problems involving the intersection of a line with the curve, converting the parametric equation to a Cartesian form, finding the area under a curve whose equation is expressed in parametric form.
