√ Lately I have been searching for ways to type the square root character on the keyboard. The following is the square root character or symbol that you could copy and paste in your text;

Just highlight the character and use in any typed text. You can use this square root symbol in word, I have not yet been able to type it on the keyboard but when I do I will update it here.
